Our Story

Ronald Thomas Sr. began his career representing BF Goodrich and ultimately rose to the position of National Sales Manager at FMC Link Belt. Known for his integrity and understanding of the aftermarket, he established Thomas Sales Co. in 1980. Ronald was adept at nurturing a congenial and professional environment among manufacturers and clients. To this day, Thomas Sales and Marketing remains committed to this guiding principle.

TSM cultivates partnerships with select manufacturers to serve our diverse customer base. Our goal is to expand your clientele by casting the widest net to capture all 
sales opportunities.

TSM regards communication as one of our most valuable assets. It allows us to perform market analysis and develop strategies tailored to each manufacturer. Additionally, we enhance communication with you and your customers, covering everything from pricing to 
product development.  We  also will navigate you and your customers into new markets.
